How do I go wireless with my laptop computer?
Ok, right now I have a laptop computer connected to the Internet via DSL. As of right now I don’t have any infrared anything on my computer. What are all the steps involved in going wireless….What do I need to do to my computer (an old Compaq Presario 1200) and with my ISP?

What are the effects if the laptop voltage and the charger voltage are not equal?
I mistakenly bought an 19v HP charger for my 18v Compaq Presario v3000. However, when i plug in the charger into the unit, the laptop can still run and be used. I am just wondering if this would have any bad effect in the long run.

How do i know my laptop is bluetooth enabled?
I have a laptop Compaq Presario V3000. I do see the bluetooth icon in my laptop’s physical substance. It is located in the bottom left side of the laptop. There is a physical switch to turn the bluetooth on or off. But when i search the bluetooth icon in the control panel i dont see any bluetooth icon. I am using windows Vista Ultimate. Please help me out.

How do I connect my laptop to a printer via a wireless network?
I have a pc (compaq presario) that is connected to an hp officejet 6110. I want to use that printer to print wirelessly from my HP laptop. I have a modem that is connected to the pc that gives me access to the internet. Do I use the modem somehow to print wirelessly or do I have to setup my printer with a printer adapter that makes it wireless via its usb port?

How do I connect a compaq presario 1692 laptop to the internet?
I have a desktop and that connects via modem.I have high speed cable modem internet. but the back of the laptop only has a phone cord plug in and a usb plug in. I am totally laptop stupid. I just want to be able to download a bunch of games on it, and that’s it. Please help me ASAP.

hi i have to send my laptop out to be fixed this will be the 2 the for the mouse pad the frist time they said that the cables where not on all the way i got the laptop back and the mouse pad still dont work right it just gets stuck movies on its own and all kinds of stuff.. i told them that the mouse pad is worn u can see scrachs and finger ware makes on it and i think all they need to do is replace the mouse pad serface? any help? thank you also i trying installing drivers and redoing windows no luck the laptop is a compaq presario m2000
